Simply the most
exquisitely hand painted/decorated cookies!
was born as an another outlet for my
artistic expression. As a licensed artist, I have designed and
decorated products for the tabletop, stationery and fabric

But the cookie had to
be as delicious as the art! Hours of trial & error have produced what
many have said is Simply the best
gingerbread cookie they have ever tasted! Just the
right amount of baking time, batch size, frosting technique &
combination of fresh spices, these firm but not crunchy cookies with a
royal icing that gives just the right "snap" are big - 5-6 " by
3.5-4" and a plump 1/4 in thick!
Our
Simply Gingerbread Cookies are made in small batches from the
finest natural ingredients - unbleached flour, dark brown sugar,
robust molasses, eggs, baking powder, baking soda & salt, and freshly
ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves & a pepper blend.
